Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff’s WAR is making sure to keep the cash registers ablaze. Now, the film is all set to touch the 200 crore mark like a boss
Siddharth Anand’s War is giving a banging performance at the box office and looking at the speed of the film, we mean the collections here, is just unstoppable. The film created history by crossing the 50 crore mark on day 1 which was not achieved by Prabhas and Anushka Shetty’s Baahubali 2: The Conclusion and Aamir Khan-Amitabh Bachchan’s Thugs Of Hindostan.
The film has also surpassed the lifetime collections of Salman Khan-Katrina Kaif’s Bharat too. However, going by the latest numbers, WAR is not inching closer to the 200 crore mark at the box-office. The film has collected Rs. 9.25 crore on its ninth day, making the mega total to Rs. 228.50 crores and including Tamil and Telugu versions, it has gone up to Rs. 238.35 crores at the domestic markets.
Even though it was a working Thursday, the numbers didn’t fall, in fact, is still going strong. Clearly, Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is making sure to keep the cash registers ablaze. For now, WAR is been crowned by the titles like Biggest Opener Of 2019 and Highest-Grossing First Week Of All Time In Hindi. Now, all the eyes are on week 2 that will decide the fate of the film.
SpotboyE Editor Vickey Lalwani rated the film with 4 stars and he wrote in his review, “Nobody likes to see a war, but you must see the one which Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff engage in while Vaani Kapoor adds conviction.” WAR starring Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor released in 4000 screens on October 2, 2019.
